While not every technician speaks English fluently, i assure you that i will do the maximum to understand and communicate with you. All you have to do is speak slowly and clearly. Services at our place
I separate our services into two groups: Those I can handle at our place, and those I can do directly to your home. Here are the services i can handle only at our local:
- Apple Specialist: I have an Apple certification, which means i can handle most of the repairs possible on a Mac. I can diagnose and repair from iMac to MacBook. Our sole limitation are iPhone and iPad, which are devices i cannot repair for now.
- Computer repair: But Apple is not the only brand i can repair, because I am also specialised in computer in general. From laptop, to tower, I can diagnose and repair your computer.
- Data recovery: Data lost? Faulty Hard Drive? Do not worry! I have the right tool to recover most of your data! If you have a hard drive which becomes or is already faulty, I can handle that, depending on the degree of faultiness of your drive!
If your hard drive is still readable by my tools, I should be able to recover most of the data from it (even though you will never recover 100% of your data, but maximum 99%). Depending on the size of your hard drive, it can take time (up to a month!)
If your hard drive is unreadable (which can happen for many reasons) and my tools cannot even detect it, i can offer to send it to our partner that works in Paris. Our partner works on data recovery that even i cannot reach, since he works in cleanroom (room without any speck of dust) which are absolutely necessary for that kind of recovery.
- Operating system reinstallation: If your operating system stopped working from one day to the next for any reason, you can come at me, and we will be able to reinstall it if necessary.
For Windows reinstallation, I can only reinstall from windows 10 and windows 11 and not under because of technical limitations.
For MacOS, depending on the year of manufacture of your Mac and Apple Technical Limitations, i can support from MacOS 10.11 El Capitan to MacOS 10.15 Catalina, MacOS 11 Big Sur, MacOS 12 Monterey, MacOS 13 Ventura…
- Troubleshooting: If you need some troubleshooting, or if your computer is really slow, i can make a diagnosis of your computer, and draw up a quote with every reparation that needs to be done to get your computer back to life.
- Windows: As for Mac, i can also diagnose your windows computer and search for problems if needed.
